With over 25 years of experience as an athletic trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and gym owner, my passion has always been helping people achieve their goals. Training high-level athletes and running successful gyms refined my expertise in marketing, sales, management, and product development. My commitment to continued education led me to develop a highly effective system rooted in psychology, behavioral science, brain and neurological health, nutrition, and energetic practices. This approach was so transformative that clients not only improved physically but also experienced profound personal and professional growth, leading me to transition from physical training to Executive EQ Coaching. For the past decade, I’ve helped executives and individuals harness emotional intelligence to gain control over their personal lives, enhance professional influence, and create lasting change. Whether you seek career success, mental clarity, emotional stability, or deeper connections, the principles of transformation remain the same—when we recognize our power to change, anything is possible.
