Christopher Dunston is the founder of Powercore Wellness LLC, a results-driven performance and emotional intelligence coaching company dedicated to helping high performers engineer personal greatness — one thought at a time.
With over 25 years of experience as an athletic trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and gym owner, Christopher evolved his career from optimizing physical performance to transforming mental and emotional resilience. His signature framework, the Emotional Conversion Technique (ECT), fuses behavioral psychology, neuroscience, energetic practices, and nutrition into a practical system that helps individuals redirect emotional energy, improve decision-making, and elevate every aspect of their lives.
Christopher specializes in helping executives, professionals, and wellness-driven individuals increase their emotional intelligence, master high-performance thinking, and create wealth with intention. His work spans structured emotional management, and health protocols, communication models based on EI, and scalable wellness platforms.
